Mae Kinglove is a traditional herbalist with more than twenty years of experience working with plants, people, and earth-based healing traditions. Her herbal path began in the 1990s through self-study, curiosity, and a deep inner calling toward folk medicine and the wisdom of the natural world.

From 2013 to 2016, Mae completed a three-year training program at the School of Traditional Western Herbalism, formerly LKA Vital Ways, where she studied clinical herbalism, vitalist traditions, and whole-person approaches to wellness. Since 2020, she has continued her education through the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, exploring medical astrology, energetics, and the deeper spiritual dimensions of plant medicine.

Mae’s work weaves together evidence-informed herbal practice, intuition, tradition, and individualized care. She honors ancestral ways of knowing while meeting each person where they are, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through relationship with plants.

At the heart of Mae’s practice is a simple intention: to help people feel more whole, more connected, and more in rhythm with nature.
