Comprehensive first appointment, in person or online, to explore your health concerns, review your history, and get to the root of what's going on. In-person visits may include pulse and tongue assessment. You'll leave with personalized recommendations for herbal remedies, lifestyle shifts, and/or supplements , with the option for Mae to craft a custom blend just for you.
Follow-up
$50 (.5 hour)
A focused session to check in on your progress, adjust your plan, and address any concerns. We'll review how your recommendations are working, fine-tune supplements or herbal remedies, and make sure your wellness plan continues to fit your needs. Available to clients that I have seen within the last 6 months.
Energy work
$100 ( 1 Hour)
A gentle yet powerful session designed to restore balance and harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Using a variety of techniques, Mae works to clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and support your natural healing process. You'll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply renewed.
